Welcome to Build SaaS Links. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Services

Build SaaS Links provides link-building services for SaaS companies on an à-la-carte model. Clients may choose the number and type of links they wish to purchase.

2. Refund Policy

Risk-Free First Link:

• Only your first purchased link is risk-free.
• You pay for the first link, and if you are not satisfied, we will refund you 100%.

Live Link Policy:

• Once a link is live and accepted by the client (beyond the first risk-free link), it cannot be refunded.

One-Year Guarantee:

• If a link goes offline within 1 year of placement, we will attempt to restore or replace it with a link of similar parity.
• If we cannot restore or replace, you will receive a 95% refund of the amount paid for that link.
• The 5% balance is retained as transaction and service processing fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate criteria for filtering sites (if applicable).
• Approval of sites and link placements must be communicated in writing (email or platform message).
• Build SaaS Links is not responsible for changes made by third-party website owners after a link goes live.

4. Limitations of Liability

• We do not guarantee any specific search engine ranking improvements, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.
• Our responsibility is limited strictly to the placement and maintenance of the agreed-upon links within the conditions stated above.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and material provided by Build SaaS Links remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written consent.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your information for providing services, communication, and invoicing. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Surat, Gujarat, India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

8. Amendments

Build SaaS Links reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes by email or through our website.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing services from Build SaaS Links, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
