By accessing or using BuildSaaSLinks and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Services

BuildSaaSLinks provides link-building services for SaaS companies on an à-la-carte model. Clients may choose the number and type of links they wish to purchase.

2. Refund Policy

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Risk-Free First Link

• Only your first purchased link is risk-free.
• You pay for the first link, and if you are not satisfied, we will refund you 100%.

Live Link Policy

• Once a link is live and accepted by the client, beyond the first risk-free link, it cannot be refunded.

One-Year Guarantee

• If a link goes offline within 1 year of placement, we will attempt to restore or replace it with a link of similar parity.
• If we cannot restore or replace it, you will receive a 95% refund of the amount paid for that link.
• The remaining 5% is retained as transaction and service processing fees.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Cancellation

Link-building involves research, website selection, outreach, communication with publishers, coordination, and other activities that may begin well before a link goes live. In some cases, payments or commitments to third-party publishers may also be made in advance.

If a client wishes to cancel or stop future link-building services, a minimum of 30 days' prior written notice is required.

Cancellation will apply only to future work that has not yet been started or committed. Any work already initiated, links already being processed, publisher placements already approved or arranged, or third-party costs and commitments already incurred before the cancellation takes effect will remain payable and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate criteria for filtering sites, where applicable.
• Approval of sites and link placements must be communicated in writing through email or platform messages.
• BuildSaaSLinks is not responsible for changes made by third-party website owners after a link goes live.

5. Limitations of Liability

• We do not guarantee any specific search engine ranking improvements, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.
• Our responsibility is limited strictly to the placement and maintenance of the agreed-upon links within the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions and our applicable policies.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and material provided by BuildSaaSLinks remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without our written consent.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

9. Amendments

BuildSaaSLinks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any updated version will be posted on this page with the revised effective or updated date. Where appropriate, clients may also be notified of significant changes by email or through our website.

10. Acceptance
