At Build SaaS Links, we want our clients to feel confident when working with us. Below are our straightforward refund and guarantee terms.

1. Risk-Free First Link

• Your first purchased link is 100% risk-free.
• You pay for the first link, and if you are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund.

2. No Refunds on Live Links

• After the first risk-free link, once a link is live and accepted, it is non-refundable.

3. One-Year Guarantee

• Every link comes with a 1-year guarantee.
• If a link goes offline within this period, we will:
  1. Attempt to restore the link, or
  2. Replace it with a similar quality link.

• If neither is possible, we will refund 95% of the amount paid for that link.
• The remaining 5% covers transaction and service processing fees.

4. Limitations

• The guarantee does not cover situations where the client changes approval criteria after placement.
• We are not responsible for ranking or traffic outcomes — only for link placement and its one-year validity.
