Link-building is a process that involves research, website selection, outreach, communication with publishers, coordination, and other activities that may begin well before a link goes live. In some cases, payments or commitments to third-party publishers may also be made in advance.

Therefore, if a client wishes to cancel or stop future link-building services, a minimum of 30 days' prior written notice is required.

The cancellation notice must be provided before the start of the next planned service cycle or order period.

Cancellation will apply only to future work that has not yet been started or committed. Any work already initiated, links already being processed, publisher placements already approved or arranged, or third-party costs and commitments already incurred before the cancellation takes effect will remain payable and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

For example, if a client wishes to stop services for an upcoming month, they must notify us at least 30 days before that service period begins. A request made after work, outreach, publisher coordination, or financial commitments for that period have already started may not prevent those services or associated costs from being charged.
